3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Shipping labels
All shipping labels purchased through the Service are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that shipments comply with carrier rules, applicable laws, and customs regulations.
- You must provide accurate package weight, dimensions, and contents. Additional charges may apply if the carrier audits your shipment.
- Refunds and voids are handled according to the carrier's policies and may not be available once a label has been scanned.
- ShipRate is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments beyond the remedies offered by the carrier.
5. Payments
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Service. Prices displayed are estimates until a label is purchased. Taxes and carrier surcharges may be added at checkout.

You may not use the Service to ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, firearms, explosives, perishables without proper packaging, or any item prohibited by the selected carrier or applicable law.
